Can I set different access permissions per employee?

Yes, you can! We have 4 permission types for your employees:

  1. Management and Cashier – Access to the cash register and the management system – but  not the admin details
  2. Cashier – Access only to the cash register
  3. Employee Only – Access only to the time clock
  4. Account Only – Access only to the Reports

This means that you can use Pose for your entire employee time management – whether they work in the storefront or not. You set up these permissions in the “Employee” section in the management system.
